Powerball reports that one winning jackpot ticket matching the five main numbers and the Powerball was purchased in Florida for Wednesday night’s drawing.

The Florida Lottery said the ticket was bought at a 7-Eleven convenience store located at 4520 Bonita Beach Rd. in Bonita Springs.

The winning numbers are 9, 12, 15, 31, 60 and 2 was the Powerball.

The retailer will receive $100,000 for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

The jackpot winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the prize. However, to elect the one-time, lump-sum cash payment option, which is $274.6 million, the claim must be filed within 60 days after the winning draw date.

Wednesday night's Powerball drawing also produced one $1 million winner. The $1 million winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at M&S Food Store, located at 4400 West Sample Rd. in Coconut Creek. The retailer will receive $1,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Also, four tickets purchased in Florida matched four numbers and the Powerball. Each of those tickets is worth $50,000.

The largest Powerball jackpot ever was $1.5 billion shared by winners in Florida, Tennessee and California on Jan. 13, 2016.

After Wednesday’s big winner, the Powerball jackpot now drops to a mere $40 million for Saturday night's drawing.
