An injury crash in Palm Beach County blocked southbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike near Donald Ross Road and mile marker 112 on Sunday afternoon.
Traffic was backed up for several miles.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a 57-year-old woman was injured in the crash.
She was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased.
