Orange Theory fitness manager Justina Gilwreath said she was watching the chase live on a cellphone when it ended right in front of the shopping plaza where she works. "...and all of a sudden you just hear pop, pop. You just hear a whole bunch of gunshots. I'm telling people to come inside, come inside. I'm grabbing people that aren't even our members I'm just telling them to come inside."

She added: " We're definitely really shaken up. Like, I couldn't sleep last night."

27-year-old Frank Ordonez lost his life. He was the UPS driver taken hostage police say by two armed suspects who hijacked his truck after a robbery attempt at a jewelry store in Coral Gables.

His brothers Roy and Luis Ordonez are still shocked: They say Frank was a hardworking man trying to provide for his two little girls.

Luis says he wouldn’t be surprised if his brother tried to talk the suspects down himself. "I know my brother probably talked to them that they could stop, they can change this they can turn this around. He was that type of person always looking for the good side."

Several media outlets in Miami have identified the second innocent victim killed in Thursday's shootout as Richard Cutshaw, 70, of Pembroke Pines. According to The Miami Herald, Cutshaw was a union representative who was on his way home.
