ORLANDO, Fla. — A Florida Highway Patrol trooper gave a tearful sign off last week after serving 36 years with the agency.

“It has been a privilege and an honor to serve the residents of the state of Florida and work with the members of the highway patrol,” an emotional Freebern said.
