Detectives hope the public can help them solve a nearly 30-year-old cold case in Palm Beach County.
Rosa Mae Canty-Lovett was found floating face down in a canal west of Highway 27 near South Bay on Sept. 14, 1989.
The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner was unable to determine how she died and no witnesses or suspects ever came forward.
Canty-Lovett was found clothed only in a blue tank top and nude from the waist down.
The case was reopened after her death was ruled a homicide in 2015.
