UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Matthew Vereen.
EARLIER STORY: The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday morning they are investigating a fatal shooting in Belle Glade.
Just after midnight Tuesday, deputies responded to a shooting on SW 6th Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard. When deputies arrived, they found a man’s body.
Detectives are at the scene investigating.
No motive or suspect information known at this time.
The victim's name has not been released.
