Port St. Lucie police arrest Titusville man on 333 counts of possessing child pornography

A 28-year-old Central Florida man faces a slew of charges after Port St. Lucie police said he had more than 330 images of child pornography in his possession.

Aaron Michael Williams, 28, of Titusville, Florida, was arrested Aug. 2 after a nine-month investigation that stemmed from a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline.

Police said Williams faces 333 counts of possessing child pornography and 15 counts of electronically transmitting child pornography. 

Williams was arrested and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.  He is being held on a bond of more than $3 million.

It is unclear why the Titusville man was arrested in Port St. Lucie.
