UPDATE: The Fort Pierce man who was missing since Tuesday night was found safe Wednesday morning.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Sabal Chase Property Manager Mary Dockery called 911 and informed them that she believed the missing and endangered adult was at the apartment complex.
Dockery remained with Mr. Carrasquillo until police arrived and confirmed his identity.
He was returned back home with his family.

Fort Pierce police said a 72-year-old man has been missing since Tuesday night.
According to a post on the agency's Facebook page, Demetrio M. Carrasquillo, 72, of Fort Pierce was last seen in the 800 Block of Avenue B at about 7:30 p.m.
Police said Carrasquillo was on foot traveling south.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 150 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.
Carrasquillo was last seen wearing khaki pants, a black polo shirt with brown stripes and brown boots.
