The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said a post office, a private school and a CVS in suburban Boynton Beach were evacuated for a suspicious package Tuesday afternoon.
The evacuation occurred just before 1 p.m. after the package was found at a postal center located at Boynton Beach Boulevard and Jog Road.
A PBSO bomb and arson squad were called to the scene to investigate.
It turns out that a person left a package behind and while the sheriff's office was investigating the person came back to retrieve it.
