The Boca Raton Police Department said a shooting Wednesday night sent a man to the hospital.
Police spokeswoman Jessica Desir said the shooting occurred in the area of 650 SW Second Ave. around 10:47 p.m.
The extent of the man's injuries have not been released.
Police said they would release more information later Thursday.
