Boca Raton PD say suspicious package found at department store is not a threat

UPDATE:

Boca Raton Police have determined no threat from suspicious package near Lord & Taylor and the area has re-opened.

EARLIER STORY:

Boca Raton Police are investigating a suspicious package found in the valet area at the Lord & Taylor department store located at the 200 block of Plaza Real, according to a spokesperson for the Boca Raton Police Department.

There is a bomb squad on scene evaluating the package and the area is being evacuated out of precaution.
