The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office has identified a second person sought in connection with a purse snatching that injured a woman at a McDonald's restaurant.

The incident happened two weeks ago in the 400 block of NE Park St.

Investigators said the suspect entered the restaurant, approached the booth the elderly woman was sitting in from behind, reached over the backrest and grabbed her tan Coach purse.

Surveillance video shows the woman chasing the man to his car. He backed out, knocking the woman to the ground and leaving the scene.

Officials later arrested Charles Alton Stratton Jr., 50, of Okeechobee who faces charges of robbery, grand theft and aggravated battery with a vehicle.

Now, the sheriff's office is looking for a woman they say was a passenger in Stratton's vehicle.

They have identified her as 45-year-old Christina Alexis Stratton. The sheriff's office says she has active warrants for robbery by sudden snatching, grand theft and aggravated battery with a motor vehicle.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Detective James Pickering with the Okeechobee City Police Department at 863-763-9785, re: Case #181206023. Or, you may remain anonymous and contact Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-800-273-8477.
