Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said a woman had to be transported to the hospital by Trauma Hawk on Monday after she fell off a horse in Jupiter Farms.
Capt. Albert Borroto said at 10:54 a.m. crews responded to the 17000 block of 130th Ave. North in Jupiter Farms.
First-arriving crews reported a person suffered injuries after falling from a horse.
The woman was evacuated by medical helicopter to an area hospital for treatment. Her name and condition have not been released.
