Wednesday is a special day for dads!
Florida schools are celebrating and encouraging fathers on "Dads Take Your Child to School Day."
At Palm Beach Gardens Elementary School, they are hosting a celebration that includes plenty of donuts.
The special day is meant to highlight and encourage a strong bond between dads and their children.
Schools all across Florida partnered with the Department of Education in efforts to equip kids with the best tool to be successful in schools and in life. It is a sentiment shared by stakeholders in our community.
Not just dads but grandpas, uncles, brothers -- all father figures are welcome to participate in the special day.
