NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. — One person is hospitalized after being struck by a boat near Juno Beach Thursday evening, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

The incident happened at 6:30 p.m. on Lake Little Worth.

Firefighters said the patient, an adult male, was transported to a local trauma hospital for treatment. The extent of injuries or what led up to the incident is unknown at this time.
