Several law enforcement agencies in Palm Beach County are cracking down on impaired drivers to keep you and your family safe this holiday season.
The Jupiter Police Department, the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office and the Tequesta Police Department teamed up to conduct a DUI and Traffic Safety Operation last week.
Officers said they see an increase in the number of impaired drivers during the holidays, so their No. 1 priority is keeping the road safe.
During the nine-hour operation, officers made five DUI arrests, issued 19 speeding tickets and 64 warnings.
Police are also looking for people driving without a license. They say they will continue patrolling through the holidays.
