JUPITER FARMS, Fla. — A homeowner in Jupiter Farms is hoping to scare up some publicity to entice a prospective buyer or two for their house that just hit the market.

At first glance, multiples pictures of the home posted to the RE/MAX real estate company website show a pretty conventional four-bedroom, four-bathroom home.

But on closer inspection, a few of the photos show a person dressed as the character Ghostface from the movie "Scream" lurking around the home.

One photo titled “Welcome Home” shows the masked person creepily playing on a swinging tire outside the home.

However, another picture shows the villain taking a break from their scares to enjoy a hot beverage from a cup and saucer. While another photo shows them lurking in the bathroom and showing off the home’s beautiful dual-entry shower.

The custom-built home, located at 12661 157 Street N Jupiter, FL 33478, is listed for $750,000.
