The city of West Palm Beach is looking into charging solid waste bills annually rather than monthly.
That bill covers the cost of removing your garbage and recycling bins you set out on the curb. Normally, the charges are part of your water bill.
Instead, property owners could have it included in their yearly property tax bill.
The commission is discussing the proposal Monday but not making a final decision.
