Three missing and endangered children in West Palm Beach were found safe by police.

West Palm Beach police say 11-year-old twins Tavarious and Javarious ran away from DCF at the Aqua Motel off Dixie Highway Wednesday afternoon. The twins were believed to be with their 12-year-old friend Randy Brown, later reported missing.

Brown's mother told WPTV that her son suffers from bi-polar disorder and needs medication. She and the twin's family were out searching for the boys all evening.

"it's scary, this is not a very safe neighborhood, Dixie is not a very safe neighborhood and again because two of the children are mentally unstable and are on medication it's very scary right now," said Lowe earlier in the evening.

Police searched nearby parks, stores, and public areas for the boys. Brown's mother, Kelli Lowe, says it was tips from the public that led police to the boys' location.

The boys were taken back at the motel shortly before 10 p.m.

DCF cannot release any other information at this time.
