One person was injured overnight in a shooting in downtown West Palm Beach.
Shortly after 3 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a shooting along the 300 block of Banyan Blvd.

Police said a preliminary investigation revealed there was a physical altercation between two men that led
to the shooting.
Officers arrived at the scene and recovered a gun. A man, whose name has not been released, was detained without incident.
The shooting victim was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
