Good Samaritan and St. Mary's Medical Centers announced Wednesday evening that its telephone lines are temporarily out of service.
"We are working diligently to rectify the situation," the hospitals said on its websites.
Both hospitals are owned by Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
In the meantime, people are asked to call the Palm Beach Health Network Transfer Center at 1-855-952-7246 for any Good Samaritan or St. Mary's related inquiries.
