School superintendent Donald Fennoy surprised third-grade teacher Syndie White Thursday morning in her classroom at Elbridge Gale Elementary in Wellington.
“I feel excited. I’m humbled. I just honored. I think it’s a privilege to even have your name out there and to be chosen. I’m still kind of trying to accept it because there is so much more to do,” said White.
