EARLIER STORY:
Will there be a local $454 million jackpot winner? That's the mega million dollar question. Locals stood in line to buy their lotto tickets Tuesday night.
Jodi Felitti played special numbers she's been holding onto fro ma fortune she read.
"All your hard work will soon pay off," said Felitti as she read the fortune message. "I've been holding onto them and they popped up and they really have a lot of meaning."
Felitti says she rarely plays, but when she found out the jackpot is at $454 million, she and her 11-year-old son Daniel started picking their six lucky numbers.
"My mom was pretty excited, she was like Oh My God we have to go now. So we ran straight here, not ran, but drove, and we ran straight here and got the lottery," said Daniel.
Everyone wants to play, but what will you do if you win? It's a no-brainer for Daniel.
"Probably a Play Station 4 or an Xbox One," said Daniel.
For others it's even more simple.
"Like actually be able to breathe," said Aman Seth, who says he is in his first year as a resident Physician at Wellington Regional Medical Center.
Seth doesn't have any solid plans if we wins. Maybe a vacation.
"I can't even think ahead of what I would do, this or that, I'm always busy at the hospital," added Seth.
The odds of winning the jackpot are one in nearly 259 million, but the chance of winning is one Filetti, who just recently got back to work, can't pass up.
"I would put it away and save and take my kids to Disney. I haven't been able to do that in a long time," she added.
