A Riviera Beach woman is warning other people on Facebook about a potential voter text scam that tried to send her to the wrong polling location.

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections says she has not received any reports of the scam as of yet.

"I posted it all to my friends all of my groups and I told them they're shenanigans a foot and for everybody to beware to go to the Supervisor of Elections website to find out where you're supposed to vote," said Michelle Hargrett.

Last night she received a text, telling her where to vote on Election Day, except it was the wrong precinct location.

"Well I know from years and years of voting, I've been voting since I’ve been 18 years old that my voting location is the Lindsey Davis Community Center so I knew it was wrong," said Hargrett.

It smelled like a scam to her.

"I asked them what their agenda was and I got no response," she added.

Hargrett posted a warning on her Facebook page and found out this also happened to someone else she knows. They too were texted to go to the wrong polling location.

"It's just despicable, it's like if you're going to win, you win, but you win honestly," said Hargrett.

Hargrett who is registered Democrat reported the text to the Hillary Clinton campaign voter hotline and says she feels someone was trying to sabotage her vote.

"'I've already voted so they wasted their call any way,"  added Hargrett.

Starting at 7 a.m. the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office will have a phone bank to answer any questions. Just call 561-656-6200.

You can also go to the Supervisor of Elections website to find your precinct. Polls open at 7 a.m.
