Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said a man was injured Monday morning at a Florida Power and Light substation located near Military Trail and Lantana Road.
At 8:49 a.m., Capt. Albert Borroto said crews responded to reports of a person injured at the substation.
When crews arrived, they found a man on a floor. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Borroto said it is unclear what exactly occurred, but the man may have been shocked.
His condition has not been released.
FPL Spokesperson Bill Orlove says it was not an FPL employee who was injured. It was a contractor hired by FPL to work on their facility.
The issue caused an outage to 4,000 FPL customers. All power was restored within 30 minutes.
