A man was seriously injured when he walked in front of a vehicle driving down Forest Hill Boulevard on Saturday.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says David Purkiss, 35, was walking down Forest Hill Boulevard on Saturday at 3:24 p.m. when he improperly traveled into the path of an approaching 2005 GMC box truck without warning.
Purkiss was transported to a local hospital following the impact.
He suffered serious injuries.
