The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said a pedestrian was hit Friday morning by a vehicle at the intersection of Military Trail and Purdy Lane.
At 5:40 a.m., all lanes of southbound Military Trail near Palm Springs were closed while deputies investigated.
The injured pedestrian was taken to the hospital by helicopter in critical condition.
