Chopper 5 spotted a makeshift boat Wednesday morning that first washed ashore on Palm Beach earlier this week.
The vessel was near Peruvian Avenue and A1A.
Officials with the U.S. Border Patrol said the boat first arrived on shore two days ago and was probably used to smuggle migrants, but none have been located.
The boat had washed out to sea and then returned back to the beach Wednesday morning.
Officials have not yet determined where it came from.
