Two men suspected of breaking into a Wellington home and stealing the ashes of the homeowner's mother, along with a laptop and gun are in custody, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators allege Marvin T. Craig, Jr. and Juan Carlos Gonzalez used a crowbar to break into the residence last month.

The homeowner had surveillance video of the break-in which showed men dressed in orange vests entering the home.

After the video circulated in news reports and social media, PBSO said it received tips identifying one of the men. Investigators later arrested Juan Carlos Gonzalez and charged him with armed burglary, grand theft firearm, grand theft, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief.

PBSO said the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office ended up recovering the victim’s stolen firearm and arrested Marvin T. Craig, Jr. He faces the same charges as Gonzalez, the sheriff's office said.

It's unclear if the ashes were recovered.
