Several homes were impacted in the Willoughby Farms neighborhood Thursday by a water main break.
Water covered a main road through the neighborhood.
Residents don’t know what happened but say AT&T workers were in the neighborhood and may have ruptured a line.
Late last night utility crews were working to cap the leak.
