A crash on I-95 southbound just south of the 10th Avenue North exit caused backups Wednesday morning.
At 7:22 a.m., average speeds are between 11 mph and 22 mph.
Stop-and-go traffic was occurring on I-95 between 10th Ave North and 6th Avenue South.
All lanes were back open by 9:30 a.m.
