PALM SPRINGS, Fla. -- Police set up a crime scene in Palm Springs Wednesday afternoon near Forest Hill Boulevard and Congress Avenue.
Palm Springs Police say before 3:30 p.m. they responded to a call at a parking lot near a drug store.
They say a man in a Lexus claimed another person shot at him with a BB gun.
Video from the scene seemed to show a hole made by a projectile in the windshield of the car, but police would not confirm it was made by a BB gun.
Police say a suspect has been arrested and there were no injuries.
The drug store remains open.
