The Florida Department of Health is investigating one location in Palm Beach County and three in Miami-Dade County where local transmissions of Zika may have occurred.
Gov. Rick Scott's office made that announcement Monday. However, the news release said the Health Department suspects active transmissions of Zika are still only taking place in the Wynwood area of Miami-Dade County.
Two more people have been confirmed with local transmission of the Zika virus in Miami-Dade. Both were from mosquito bites.
