Use the unique ID/PIN information provided in the email to select your preferred payment option (digital or check) using the State Farm Dividend Payment Portal at sfdividend.com.
State Farm's Dividend Customer Contact Center can be reached at 1-888-808-9532. The company says they will not ask you to pay a fee to receive your dividend payment. Do not pay a fee, payment or send money.
