WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A tropical wave in the far eastern Atlantic remains disorganized; however, the National Hurricane Center is giving the system a 70% chance to form within the next week.
It's still too early to tell where the storm will go, but early models show it moving northward and curving east of the United States.
