...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following
counties, Martin and St. Lucie.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Port Saint Lucie, Walton, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Saint Lucie
Nuclear Power Plant, Jensen Beach, White City, Palm City,
Port Saint Lucie River Park, Indian River Estates, North
River Shores, Nettles Island, Hutchinson Island South,
Collins Park Estates and Frederick Douglass Park.
