UPDATE: All lanes have been reopened after being closed for several hours following a crash.

Southbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike are blocked at mile marker 85 in Boynton Beach, due to a jackknifed and overturned truck and trailer.
All lanes were closed, but officials say one lane has reopened.
The accident involved 3 cars and a truck pulling a horse trailer. No horses were inside the trailer.
4 people have been transported to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
