MOCKSVILLE, N.C. — Police in North Carolina are looking for a real life Grinch.
Early Saturday morning, a man pulled up this to a veterinary hospital in Mocksville, unplugged a Christmas tree, and loaded it into the passenger seat of his car.
A spokesperson for the Davie County Sheriff's Office said the guy in the surveillance video, like the Grinch himself, is about as cuddly as a cactus.
The video has been shared on social media thousands of times.
Staff members said the thief may have stole the tree but he didn't steal their holiday spirit.
