Rescuers in Guatemala have found a baby alive in an ash-covered house hours after a violent volcanic eruption on Sunday.

The child appears to be totally unharmed as it is embraced by rescuers.
The fate of the child's parents is unknown after at least 69 people had been confirmed dead by Tuesday morning.
Officials said just 17 victims had been identified so far because the intense heat of the volcanic debris flows left most bodies unrecognizable.
