Dramatic security camera footage released by Canadian police shows the moment when the employees of a jewelry store wielded swords to fend off would-be robbers.
In broad daylight, the robbers broke a window at Asok Jewelers in a town just west of Toronto last week and attempted to climb through it.
However, they ended up fleeing after the store's employees showed up with swords to fight them off.
According to Peel Regional Police, the blades used by the staff in the incident were believed to be ornamental.
No employees were hurt in the confrontation.
