JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli news website YNet is reporting that Former Israeli President Shimon Peres, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and elder statesman of Israeli politics, has died. He was 93.
Peres' condition worsened following a major stroke two weeks ago.
