SpaceX will attempt to launch a Falcon 9 rocket Tuesday evening.
The mission will send an Israel communications satellite into space.
The launch was initially planned for Saturday, but it was rescheduled after crews detected a valve issue during testing.
The launch window opens at 7:23 p.m.
