PASCO COUNTY, Fla. - Neighbors and witnesses are concerned after an erratic driver hit a vehicle and then a kid on a bike, and never stopped.

It happened Monday afternoon at Moog Rd. and Bradford Dr. in Holiday.

A neighbor's surveillance video captured the shocking incident, as an SUV can be seen swerving through the dirt, crashing into a parked car, and ramming into a kid on a bicycle before leaving the scene.

A white car can be seen going after the vehicle, and one witness says it's the only reason they have the license plate number of the vehicle.

Florida Highway Patrol says the vehicle ran a stop sign prior to turning left. They say the driver is described as a white man with light brown or blonde hair, 20-30 years of age and driving a Golf Ford Expedition with Florida tag GYCT99.

One witness also says they saw the driver hit two people by a CVS as well.

According to the neighbor who posted the video, there is a BOLO on the vehicle, but the driver has not been located.

FHP is asking anyone with information to contact them.

The bicyclist suffered scrapes, bruises, and a sore hip.
