After selling the home, Cruise, 56, has been busy filming movies around the world and renovating a condominium in Clearwater, Fla.
Reports say Cruise, a devout Scientologist, has already moved into the condo, which is near the church’s international headquarters.
The People magazine article says Cruise’s 23-year-old son has also moved with him to Florida.
The latest installment in the "Mission: Impossible" movie series was the top movie over the weekend, taking in $61.5 million.
Cruise has done "Mission: Impossible" for more than two decades, during which he has churned out six movies.
The current one got attention almost a year ago when Cruise broke his ankle performing a stunt for it in London.
