A sheriff's office in Central Florida was busy Monday saving a cow that became trapped in a muddy ditch.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office posted on their Facebook page that the bovine somehow became swallowed up to its belly.
To pull the animal to safety, the agricultural crimes unit used equipment from the Florida Department of Agriculture and a front-end loader from the cow's owner.
Once she was pulled to safety, the sheriff's office said the cow was back on her feet and happily grazing in the pasture.
