A voluntary recall has been issued for select wine bottles sold in Publix stores because they may contain small grains or bits of glass.
Seavin Incorporated announced the recall of select 750-milliliter glass bottles of Lakeridge and San Sebastian wine.
Seavin is the owner of the Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards in Clermont. And the San Sebastian Winery in St. Augustine.
The recall comes after a third-party manufacturer of the bottles finished testing related to they're produced. The test focused on a manufacturing defect that impacts the bottles used in certain Lakeridge and San Sebastian productions.
Anyone who has purchased one of the affected wines can return the wine to their local Publix store for a full refund. More information on the recall can be found here.
Seavin has received no reports of any consumer injury with the wines in the voluntary recall.
