A man with a heavily-tattooed face, who was once arrested in Palm Beach County, is in trouble with the law again.

Police said they arrested Robert Hardister June 4 after they found him sitting behind the steering wheel of a stolen vehicle in St. Augustine Beach.

Hardister said he knew the vehicle was stolen, according to police.

He also said he was a drug dealer who had 'fronted' meth to another person in exchange for the vehicle and that he had a lot of experience 'boosting' cars from others, police said.

Police arrested him for theft of a motor vehicle and he's being held without bail.

Police said they later learned Hardister was wanted on a warrant from North Carolina for violating parole.

Just last year Hardister was arrested on a grand theft charge in Jupiter. At that time his hair was dyed blond.
