THE VILLAGES, Fla. — President Donald Trump will travel to Florida next week to highlight his administration's health care agenda, according to a White House official.
That official said the president will visit The Villages on Thursday, Oct. 3 where he's expected to sign an Executive Order to protect and improve Medicare.

Since taking office, President Trump has been focused on expanding Medicare coverage for Americans, lowering drug prices, and allowng states to impose work requirements on certain Medicaid recipients.
No additional details about the president's planned visit to Florida have been released.
