(NBC) - Police said an argument over alcohol led to a shooting in Central Florida.

Officers said Lathon Jean Yee, 39, shot a stranger Oct. 9 after the man refused to take a shot of liquor.

According to police, Yee and 39-year-old Eric Meeks were inside a bar called Frank's Place, in the Orange County town of Ocoee, when they got into an argument.

Security camera video recorded the two men walking outside the bar and Yee shooting multiple times at Meeks.

Meeks suffered a gunshot wound to his foot.

Yee turned himself in on Tuesday and was charged with attempted second-degree murder.
