ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- The Florida Highway Patrol says no one was injured when a hot air balloon carrying 20 people made an emergency landing on an Interstate 4 entrance ramp near Orlando.

In a news release, Sgt. Kim Montes said 55-year-old pilot Patrick Schmitt told troopers the craft was blown off course by high winds Friday morning. It landed on the entrance ramp around 8:15 a.m.

Montes says there were no crashes on the highway when the balloon made the emergency landing.
